Many
of the state leaders in education and business have been talking about
improving the creativity and innovation in South Carolina schools
and among its educators.
State
Superintendent Dr. Jim Rex, in his effort to improve the culture of
innovation in the state's schools, has selected David Chadwell,
to become the new Director of Innovation for SDE. Chadwell,
helped design the single-gender middle school program in Richland
II, a very innovative approach to learning.
David
Chadwell is one of the keynoters of the Creativity
and Innovation for Learning conference.
"Creativity
is a continuum. No matter where you are, or where you perceive
you are, there's always room to improve."
